  • We currently offer therapy through secure telehealth services, which allow clients flexibility and accessibility from the comfort of their own space. In-person sessions are not available at this time.

  • Therapy is highly individualized, and each person progresses at their own pace. To honor this, we do not place a specific timeframe on services and focus instead on providing support aligned with your goals.

  • Our practice provides therapeutic services for adolescents and adults, ages 12 and up.

We also work with couples and families.

  • Our clinicians are licensed in the state of Massachusetts and Illinois.

  • An initial consultation is a relaxed, introductory conversation to see if working together feels like the right fit. It’s a chance for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of the therapist’s style and approach before committing to ongoing sessions. It also allows the therapist to thoughtfully consider how best to support you. There’s no pressure or obligation—just space to connect and decide what feels right for you.

  • With training across multiple therapeutic approaches, our clinicians blend evidence-informed methods to create personalized treatment plans that foster meaningful and lasting change. We welcome and support people with a wide range of needs and experiences, offering inclusive, affirming care for every individual we work with.

  • Your first appointment will include a collaborative intake process where we begin building your therapeutic foundation and gain a clear understanding of your needs and goals.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $100 fee.

  • Yes, we do. Some clients choose to pay privately for therapy rather than use insurance. This option allows for greater flexibility, increased confidentiality, and treatment that is guided by your individual needs rather than insurance requirements. Your initial 15-minute consultation is free.

    Our Private Pay Rates

    • Initial Intake Session (60min): $200

    • Individual Therapy (60 min): $150

    • Couples Counseling (60 min): $175

Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills can be provided upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

  • A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those who need financial support. If cost is a concern, please reach out—making therapy accessible is important, and we can explore options together.
